What is collected
No account or registration exists. The only data that reaches us is what you type into a form: the Find your stay request (first name, e-mail, where, kind of stay, month, party size, optional message), the Correct or remove a listing form (first name, e-mail, message) and the Island Month Dial sign-up (e-mail, region, month). To limit abuse we also keep a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be linked back to you.
What it is for
Requests are used to handle your request and to answer you; nothing is sent to a property without your say-so. Dial sign-ups are used only to send the monthly note you asked for. Nothing is sold, rented or used for advertising. Each form shows its consent text next to an unticked box; we record the version of that text and the date.
How long
Requests and messages are deleted after twelve months; dial sign-ups after twenty-four months or as soon as you unsubscribe.
Public listings
Listings describe businesses (name, address, public website and landline), taken from OpenStreetMap. Greek mobile numbers are not published, and no e-mail address is stored. If you are concerned, use Contact: we answer within 72 hours.
Audience measurement
Server logs and an anonymous page counter record which pages are read, without identifying visitors and without advertising profiles.
Unsubscribe
Every monthly note carries a personal unsubscribe link. You can also write to us from the Contact page.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, object to or erase your data, from the Contact page; we handle it without conditions. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Hosting
The site is hosted by o2switch, Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Audience measurement
This site counts its visits and the clicks on its buttons (call, WhatsApp, website, directions, quote request…) with an in-house tool, without cookies, third-party services or advertising. No IP address is kept: a visitor is only recognised on the same day, through an encrypted fingerprint erased every night. These figures are only used to improve the directory and to tell listed businesses how many contacts they received.
